This page explains what data LRJI processes on the website, why it is processed, who may access it, and how you can exercise your rights.
What LRJI actually processes
The website does not create user accounts and does not sell anything online. Processing is limited to inbound contact, security, and anonymous, cookieless audience measurement.
Purpose
This data is used to understand the request, answer the message, qualify a possible professional need, and organize an exchange with LRJI.
Legal basis
Processing is based on LRJI's legitimate interest in responding to inbound requests, preparing commercial discussions, and protecting the website against abuse.
Security and anti-abuse
The site may use Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam field, and rate limiting. An IP address, technical headers, and a verification token may be processed only to limit spam and abusive use.
Recipients and providers
Data is accessible to LRJI and may transit through Google Cloud (Cloud Run) for hosting, the configured SMTP server for email delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile if enabled, and PostHog, a processor hosted in the European Union, for audience measurement.
Retention period
Messages are kept for the time needed to answer and follow up on the request. If an engagement starts, some information may be retained under the applicable contractual, accounting, or operational framework.
Cookies, analytics, and preferences
The website only sets the strictly functional lrji-locale cookie, which remembers your language choice. Your browser also keeps what you choose: a visual theme, and your objection to audience measurement if you express it. Audience measurement uses PostHog, reached through the e.lrji.co subdomain: no cookie or storage on your device, no profile or persistent identifier. It retains page views and five conversion-path events: a click on the homepage contact call to action, the start of the contact form, a successful or failed submission (only a fixed technical error code when it fails), and a click on the booking link. Your IP address only serves the day's anonymous count and is never stored; what is kept is the page you came from, without its parameters, and your browser's time zone and language. No contact-form value, free text, email address, or identifier is sent with these events. These statistics serve LRJI alone, are linked with no other site, and are not reused by PostHog. The anonymous events are kept for seven years, the fixed retention of the PostHog plan in use.
Error monitoring
To keep the website reliable, LRJI uses Sentry, operated by Functional Software, Inc. in its European Union data region, under Sentry's Data Processing Addendum. Sentry receives only scrubbed technical error reports: LRJI removes request bodies, headers, cookies, query strings, email addresses, and token-shaped values before sending. Sentry Developer-plan error data is retained for 30 days.
Object to audience measurement
Your objection is kept by your browser (in its local storage, never in a cookie): no page view or conversion-path event is sent from this browser any more. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control have the same effect, with nothing to do here.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you may exercise the following rights when the legal conditions are met.
- Request access to personal data concerning you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure or restriction of processing.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Lodge a complaint with the CNIL if you believe your rights are not respected.
